1.1 www.silvershellfashion.co.uk is a web site owned by Rose Ferris for the provision of information about and sale of jewellery products.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all and any use of our web site.
1.3 Since we are principally aiming our web site at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that our web site accords with local laws of any other countries. You are therefore responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.1 We do not give you any right or interest in copyright or other intellectual property rights in the text, images, photographs, tables, compilations or other works featured on our web site. You are not allowed to copy any part of our web site without our prior express permission.

2.5 We do not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark that is featured on our web site and trade marks of the brands featured belong to their respective third party owners. You are not allowed to use or reproduce any third party trade marks without permission from their rightful owners.

3. Price and Delivery
3.1 All prices featured on the web site are quoted in pound sterling. VAT is not applicable.
3.2 The prices exclude delivery, packaging and insurance, which will be added to your total bill.
3.3 Please order your products with enough lead-time in order to prevent loss or disappointment resulting from late delivery as we cannot be responsible for ensuring adherence to the estimated delivery times.

4. Making a purchase
4.1 When you order a product from our web site you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.
4.2 We will confirm our acceptance of your order by email or fax or on the telephone after checking availability of the requested product.
4.3 We will try to keep our web site as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular products are always available even when featured on the web site. If we cannot supply the requested product you will not be charged and we will refund or re-credit your account with any amount that we might have debited. We will also offer a replacement product which you may choose to purchase.
4.4 We may cancel any sale and not supply the product ordered when it is reasonable to do so. We may change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.

5. Payment
5.1 We allow orders to be processed online or over the telephone, using a credit or debit card, currently VISA, MasterCard, American Express, j.c.b., Eurocard, Delta, or Switch/Solo. The payments are on a secure system. We also accept cheques but only dispatch the product ordered once the cheque has cleared. Sometimes we may accept cash as payment but the acceptance of such payment is always at our sole discretion.
5.2 Your credit card company may do an additional security check to confirm it is you who is making the purchase.
5.3 All orders and invoices will be sent to the the shipping or delivery address.
5.4 All information that you supply to us whilst placing an order via the web site is encrypted prior to transmission to protect your details and your privacy.
5.5 We may use a third party to process the payment on our behalf.

6. Refunds
6.1 We try to package products ordered as well as possible to ensure that the products arrive undamaged. However, if a product arrives which is damaged or has defects, we will replace it whenever possible free of charge or alternatively provide you full refund if you return the product to us. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. When returning products you are liable to pay the postage.
6.2 Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order on our web site. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it please return it with the despatch note, unused, for a full refund within seven working days of the receipt. You do not have to give a reason when returning a product. We will refund your credit card after we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that the product in question has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

7.1 We recognise the importance of protecting your privacy whilst you use the web site. Therefore we do not collect information for purposes other than enable us to process your order and to provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service.

9. Your right to cancel
9.1 You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
